Here's the format for both -
Joe
Thomas
1001
123 Elm St.
221-3131
1
line 3 is the employee id/customer id .... they are arbitrary but lets try to make them sequential so we remember them for testing.

I do not think I will need them until the tester gets done with them and I can QA it.
